BIO

Theo Lencicki is an enthusiastic and driven performer who was born and raised in Scranton, Pennsylvania. Growing up he was involved in all kinds of activities from local sports teams to pedaling newspapers, but it was during his high school years where his interest in the performing arts sparked and he began to take advantage of every opportunity presented to further his skills and passion.

Before attending Penn State University where he obtained a degree in Theatre and Dance, Theo performed with the Ballet Theatre of Scranton, attended the Performing Arts Institute of Wyoming Seminary and the Arts Alive Institute in Scranton, PA where he currently serves as a member of the faculty.

Thus far in his career Theo has had the unique opportunity to travel to South America as a singer/dancer on board the Norwegian Sun, travel to Japan with the touring company of A Chorus Line, tour the United States on three National Broadway Tours including Hairspray, Young Frankenstein and most recently playing Riff in West Side Story, and has worked at numerous reputable regional theatres across the country.

Aside from performing, Theo has had the privilege to teach as a Resident Artist in PA through the Pennsylvania Council of the Arts in various school districts. He instructs master classes in choreography, acting and musical theater techniques as well as directing and staging several high school and educational productions.

It is through the constant support of a loving family, supportive friends and the many mentors and colleagues who have inspired Theo along the way that truly shape the artist he continually strives to be.
